The FITT-SIDBI DeepTech Accelerator Program is a transformative joint initiative between the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi and the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), targeting deep-technology startups solving real-world problems through groundbreaking innovations.

This program offers up to ₹1.5 Crores in direct equity investment from the FITT Investment Fund. With 16 term sheets already issued and over ₹13 Crores deployed, the fund demonstrates proven commitment to backing innovative ventures. Selected startups gain access to structured mentorship, scale-up guidance, and deep-tech enablement services, helping them transition from validation to market-ready products.

The program is sector-agnostic, welcoming innovations across AI, robotics, semiconductors, biotechnology, quantum computing, clean energy, and other frontier technologies. It specifically targets startups at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 or above, ensuring technical feasibility beyond lab research.
