Grant & Funding Services: Government scheme applications, grant writing, investor matchmaking
Digital Marketing Services: SEO, social media marketing, content creation, website development
Incubation Program: 6-month guided startup support with mentorship
AI Platform Services: AI credits, coin-based chat services, scheme matching
Subscription Plans: Basic, Premium, and Enterprise SaaS subscriptions
3. General Policy
3.1 Service-Based Business
As StartupMandi provides professional services (not physical goods), our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce platforms. Most services are customized and involve significant time, effort, and third-party costs.
3.2 No Automatic Returns
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer automatic returns or refunds. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service-Specific Refund Policies
4.1 Legal Registration Services
Examples: Company Incorporation, MSME Registration, DPIIT Registration, Trademark Registration, GST Registration
Refund Eligibility:
Before Service Initiation: Full refund (100%) if requested before we begin processing your application or engaging third-party service providers.
After Service Initiation: Partial refund may be considered based on work completed and third-party costs incurred.
After Government Submission: No refund once documents are submitted to government authorities.
Rejection by Authorities: No refund if your application is rejected due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by you or failure to meet government eligibility criteria.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges
Third-party legal or professional fees
Document preparation and verification costs (if already completed)
Refund Timeline: 10-15 business days from approval
4.2 Financial Consulting Services
Examples: Business plans, financial projections, pitch decks, valuation reports
Refund Eligibility:
Before Delivery: Full refund (100%) if you cancel before we begin work on your project.
After First Draft Delivery: 50% refund if you are unsatisfied with the first draft, provided you give detailed feedback within 3 days of delivery.
After Final Delivery: No refund once the final deliverable is shared and approved.
Revisions: We offer up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Research, data analysis, and market validation already completed
Time spent on consultations and meetings
Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days from approval
4.3 Grant & Funding Services
Examples: Government grant applications, funding proposal writing, investor pitch support
Refund Eligibility:
Before Application Submission: Partial refund (70%) if requested before submission to funding bodies.
After Submission: No refund once the application is submitted.
Application Rejection: No refund if the application is rejected by the funding authority. Rejection is based on eligibility, competition, and discretion of the funding body.
Success-Based Fees: If our fee is contingent on successful funding, refunds will be governed by separate agreements.

Refund Eligibility:
Before Campaign Launch: Full refund (100%) if you cancel before the campaign goes live.
During Campaign Execution: Partial refund based on work completed and ad spend incurred.
After Campaign Completion: No refund once the campaign is completed or the agreed deliverables are provided.
Performance Issues: If we fail to meet agreed-upon KPIs due to our negligence, we may offer partial refunds or free revisions.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Ad spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Third-party tools, software subscriptions, and licenses
Creative assets, content, and design work already delivered

4.5 Incubation Program
6-Month Guided Startup Support Program
Refund Eligibility:
Before Program Start: Full refund (100%) if you withdraw before the program officially begins.
Within First Month: 70% refund if you request cancellation within the first month.
After First Month: No refund beyond the first month, as resources, mentorship, and infrastructure access are allocated.
Equity-Based Programs: If you have signed an equity agreement, refund terms are governed by that agreement.
Non-Refundable Costs:
Mentor fees and consultation costs
Co-working space access fees (if applicable)
Tools, software licenses, and resources provided
Administrative and onboarding costs
Refund Timeline: 15-20 business days from approval
4.6 AI Platform Services (Coins & Credits)
Examples: AI chat coins, AI credits for document generation, scheme matching
Refund Eligibility:
Unused Coins/Credits: Partial refund (80%) for unused coins/credits if requested within 7 days of purchase.
Used Coins/Credits: No refund for coins/credits already consumed.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to use coins/credits due to platform technical errors, we will either refund or replace the coins/credits.
Non-Refundable:
Promotional or bonus coins/credits received free of charge
Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days from approval
4.7 Subscription Plans (SaaS)
Examples: Basic (₹999/month), Premium (₹2,999/month), Enterprise (₹9,999/month)
Refund Eligibility:
Monthly Subscriptions: No refund for the current billing cycle. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Annual Subscriptions: Partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Free Trial: No refund for free trial periods.
Downgrade: You may downgrade your plan, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
