What this grant offers

The Investment Readiness Accelerator (IRA) 2.0 by ISB I-Venture is a 100-day virtual accelerator program designed for early- to growth-stage startups to become fully investor-ready. It provides no direct equity funding but delivers high-value non-monetary support, including workshops on financial modeling, pitch clinics, 1:1 mentorship from investors and experts, mock pitches, networking events, and targeted investor introductions to 40+ partners.

The program culminates in a Demo Day for showcasing progress to institutional investors, corporate VCs, and strategic partners.

Purpose and impact

IRA 2.0 acts as a bridge between founder ambition and investor conviction, helping startups refine investment narratives, build robust data rooms, master valuations/term sheets, and align with investor expectations. Sector-agnostic, it targets scalable, innovation-driven ventures across fintech, healthtech, agritech, climatetech, deeptech, GenAI, and more, enabling faster fundraising (Seed to Series A).

With ISB’s ecosystem, participants gain enhanced investment readiness, networks, and deal flow acceleration – critical for startups in traction phases.

This accelerator empowers founders to raise smart capital confidently, fostering sustainable growth in India’s vibrant startup landscape.

Eligibility

Early- to growth-stage startups with MVP developed/launched and traction (revenue, pilots, users, partnerships).

Actively fundraising Seed to Pre-Series A/Series A within 3-6 months.

Scalable, innovation-driven product/service with problem-solution fit and go-to-market strategy.

Registered company (India or global), preferably with clean cap table.

Founder commitment: At least one founder available for sessions and feedback implementation.

Sector-agnostic (focus: fintech, healthtech, agritech, etc.); strong investor return potential.

NA for specific incorporation age or revenue thresholds.

Willing to refine pitch, financials, and data room per investor standards.

Location Eligibility

All Indian startups (and global registered companies open to India ecosystem).
